Description

The Champagne Doré 1er Cru Blanc de Blancs Brut 2014 is a vintage sparkling wine from the village of Ludes in the Montagne de Reims. It is a 100% Chardonnay cuvée sourced from Premier Cru vineyards, with fermentation and ageing in large oak foudres. On the palate it presents marked freshness and mineral tension with fine bubbles, well suited to seafood and white fish pairings. The style is elegant and focused, reflecting the Ludes terroir.
