Vendémiaire is Doyard’s Premier Cru Blanc de Blancs cuvée, produced from 100% Chardonnay and released as a non‑vintage blend of three years. About 40% of the wine is vinified in oak barrels and 60% in stainless steel, with partial malolactic fermentation and a dosage around 4 g/L. It reflects the Côte des Blancs character, offering an elegant structure and a classic Champagne palate.
