Doyard’s Révolution is a Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs released as a non-dosed (0 g/L) cuvée made entirely from Côte des Blancs Chardonnay. It is a multi-vintage (non-vintage) blend vinified partly in oak and partly in stainless steel, crafted to highlight the site’s mineral clarity. Its aromas recall citrus, white flowers and yeasty/brioche accents consistent with this style.
