The Dr. Loosen Riesling Beerenauslese 2018 is a sweet Riesling from the Mosel produced by Dr. Loosen. It is made from hand-picked Riesling grapes, often affected by noble rot, and vinified as a Beerenauslese Prädikat, yielding concentrated, honeyed fruit aromas. On the palate it pairs pronounced sweetness with lively acidity for balance and freshness. It is suitable for fruit-based desserts, rich pâtés, or mature blue cheeses.
