Bassermann-Jordan’s Mäushöhle 2025 is a dry Riesling from Deidesheim in the Mittelhaardt, classified as VDP.Erstes Gewächs. Vinification uses stainless steel and wood while retaining a fresh, clearly defined profile. The colour is pale yellow, with green apple and a light suggestion of mint on the nose. On the palate, fruit meets herbal nuances, including hints of sorrel, in a texture supported by lively acidity. The finish retains a linear, fresh character. Salads, asparagus, goat’s cheese and light vegetable dishes complement its green and herbal elements.
