Description

DUBL ESSE is a dosage-zero Classic Method sparkling wine from the DUBL project (Feudi di San Gregorio), made from Greco grapes sourced in the Tufo area of Irpinia. It undergoes extended lees ageing (roughly between 48 and over 60 months) and is released in limited quantities with no liqueur d'expédition. On the palate it is marked by mineral freshness, lively acidity and a fine, persistent perlage.
