Affûté is a Champagne cuvée from Dumont-Terriollon, made mainly from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It is produced with very low dosage (around 1.12 g/L) to emphasize the wine’s finesse and tension. Aromas recall blond tobacco, oriental spices and tonka bean; the palate shows bourbon vanilla, cinnamon, floral notes and bergamot with a fresh, rounded texture.
