Description

La Doriane brings together Viognier from five Condrieu terroirs selected by Guigal among steep terraces with different expressions of granite and other rocks. The blend includes Côte Chatillon, Côteau de Chéry, Vernon, Colombier and Volan, creating a layered interpretation of the appellation. Vinification and maturation in new oak accompany a wine that undergoes malolactic fermentation. The producer describes white flowers, apricot and white peach. Its texture is broad and fleshy, supported by freshness that balances the richness and keeps the grape’s aromatic character clearly defined throughout the palate and finish.
