Description

La Mouline comes from the heart of the Côte Blonde, where an amphitheatre-shaped vineyard provides one of Guigal’s most recognisable interpretations. Syrah is accompanied by Viognier in a blend rooted in gneiss and calcareous deposits. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel, followed by extended maturation in new oak. The producer describes small red fruits, blackberry and violet, with aromatic intensity supported by finesse. The palate is distinguished by a silky, enveloping texture in which concentration and suppleness find a characteristic balance, preserving the connection between the vineyard and the wine’s expressive style.
