Description

The Aglianico del Vulture Superiore TITOLO 2021 from Elena Fucci is a red wine made from Aglianico grapes grown on vineyards at the foothills of Monte Vulture in Barile, Basilicata. The wine is 100% Aglianico and is aged 24 months in French oak barriques (about 50% new) followed by 12 months in bottle; alcohol is listed at 14%. It is concentrated and structured, with pronounced tannins and aromas of ripe red fruit, savory herbs and spice, well suited to red meats and mature cheeses.
