Elio Altare's 2021 Barolo is a Barolo DOCG from Piedmont produced by Azienda Elio Altare. It is made from Nebbiolo grapes sourced from parcels within the Barolo area (including La Morra, Castiglione Falletto and Serralunga d'Alba) and vinified following the estate's methods. The wine is aged roughly 24 months in used French barriques prior to bottling.
