Description

Elio Altare’s Barolo Unoperuno is a Barolo DOCG made from Nebbiolo and produced in very limited quantities. The project seeks maximum fruit purity by hand-destemming the berries literally “one by one” during vinification. Grapes are sourced as a blend from the estate’s vineyards and rented parcels, including sites in La Morra, Barolo and Serralunga d’Alba. The wine is elegant, with floral aromas and red fruit notes.
