Elio Grasso’s Barolo Gavarini Chiniera 2020 is a Barolo DOCG sourced from the Gavarini Chiniera single vineyard in Monforte d’Alba. Made entirely from Nebbiolo, it is fermented in stainless steel and then aged roughly 30 months in Slavonian oak casks. The wine aims to reflect the Nebbiolo expression and territorial character of the Gavarini Chiniera cru within Barolo.
