Elio Sandri’s 2019 Ciman is a red wine made exclusively from Nebbiolo grown in the Perno area of Monforte d’Alba in Piedmont. Fermentation and extended ageing are carried out in concrete vats, a vinification approach intended to preserve varietal purity and terroir expression. The wine shows firm structure and pronounced tannins balanced by lively acidity, making it suitable for further bottle development.
