Description
Vibration MX deepens Élise Bougy's exploration of Le Mont Chainqueux in Les Mesneux. Selected Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes form this expression of the Hors-Norme collection, distinct from its Le Mesnil-sur-Oger Blanc de Blancs counterpart. Spontaneous fermentation and wood maturation are followed by extended lees ageing in bottle under natural cork. Disgorgement takes place without dosage, and the wine rests again before release. Each label receives an individual hand-painted brushstroke, reflecting the attention given to a small production whose identity is shaped by vineyard origin, patient maturation and the grower's personal vision.
