Premier Cru maceration rosé from Émilien Feneuil in the Montagne de Reims. A 2021 vintage made from Pinot Noir with skin maceration and released as a zero-dosage bottling, giving the wine its color and structure. This is a small-producer, artisanal sparkling wine produced in a restrained, natural style and well suited to gastronomic pairings.
