Description

The 2018 Cuvée Totum Nature from Emilien Féneuil is a vintage Champagne from the Montagne de Reims, made in the Premier Cru village of Sermiers. It is a zero-dosage (Brut Nature) Champagne blended from Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Petit Meslier. The bouquet offers white fruit and citrus aromas with subtle pastry notes and a distinct mineral thread; the palate is fresh, savory and persistent.
