A Rosé de Saignée from Emmanuel Brochet, a grower in Villers-aux-Nœuds on the Montagne de Reims, made solely from Pinot Meunier from a vineyard over fifty years old. Its colour comes from a short skin maceration and the dosage is Extra Brut, producing a lively, savoury Champagne with small red fruits, bread crust and a chalky streak.
