Description

Alta Langa M+M Perpetuelle Sbagliato is an Extra Brut Metodo Classico sparkling wine from Enrico Serafino, released as the 2018 millésime. It is a blanc de noirs made from 100% Pinot Noir, with the cuvée composed of 85% the 2018 vintage and 15% multi‑vintage reserve. The base wine spent about 30 months on lees before tirage, producing a fine mousse, yeast and toasted hazelnut aromas, and a saline, elegant finish.
