Enrico Serafino’s "Zero" Alta Langa Riserva DOCG Pas Dosé 2019 is a traditional-method sparkling wine from Alta Langa made predominantly from Pinot Noir with a smaller component of Chardonnay. It is released as a Pas Dosé (zero dosage) Riserva with late disgorgement. The wine reflects the Alta Langa terroir and the winery’s production approach.
