Enrico Serafino Alta Langa Riserva Zero 140 2011 is an Alta Langa DOCG millesimato Metodo Classico Pas Dosé made from 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay grown in Mango, Loazzolo and Bubbio. It shows a straw-yellow color with golden highlights and a fine, persistent mousse; the bouquet is broad and complex with notes of candied fruit, honey, toasted hazelnut, vanilla and bread crust. On the palate it is rich, creamy and textural, backed by lively acidity and a long mineral finish after roughly 140 months on the lees.
