Description

Ambonnay Grands Vintages is a Grand Cru cuvée from Éric Rodez made in Ambonnay, Montagne de Reims; it is presented as a multi-vintage blend rather than a single vintage. The declared blend is roughly 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, largely vinified in oak barrels, with a very low dosage of about 1.5 g/L (Extra Brut). The wine is sourced exclusively from Grand Cru parcels around Ambonnay and released under the Grands Vintages edition.
