Champagne Rodez Blanc de Blancs is a non-vintage Brut produced solely from Chardonnay grapes. The cuvée is typically assembled from several vintages and much of the wine is fermented in small oak barrels, with a substantial portion avoiding malolactic fermentation. Aromas are fruity with brioche notes; the palate is structured, long and shows clear finesse.
