Description

Éric Rodez’s Blanc de Noirs is a non-vintage cuvée made entirely from Pinot Noir sourced from the Ambonnay Grand Cru vineyards. Most of the wine is vinified in oak barrels and the bottling is finished at a low dosage (around 2 g/L), contributing to notable structure and length. Aromas and flavors show red fruit character, a mineral thread and fine bubbles that support a poised overall balance.
