Description

Les Beurys is a single‑vineyard cuvée from Eric Rodez, made from the Les Beurys parcel in Ambonnay (Montagne de Reims). It is 100% Pinot Noir and is vinified in small oak barrels; in different vintages it is released either as a Blanc de Noirs or as a maceration rosé. Made without malolactic fermentation, the cuvée is intended to reflect the distinctive character of the single parcel.
