Description
Les Crayeres from Champagne Rodez is an author cuvée produced in Ambonnay in the Montagne de Reims. The blend is primarily Pinot Noir (60%) and Chardonnay (40%), assembled from several vintages with substantial reserve wines and largely fermented in small oak barrels. Golden in colour, it shows floral and mineral aromas with red and white fruit notes; the palate is fresh, generous and well balanced.
