Description

Les Genettes is a single-vineyard cuvée from Éric Rodez in Ambonnay (Grand Cru). It is produced in different expressions — Blanc de Blancs (Chardonnay), Blanc de Noirs or maceration rosé (Pinot Noir) — typically vinified in small oak barrels and without malolactic fermentation to preserve the plot’s expression. The wines seek to convey the character of the Les Genettes parcel on the Montagne de Reims, with viticultural practices oriented toward organic and biodynamic methods.
