Description

Champagne Rodez Rosé Extra Brut Maceration is a maceration rosé made in Ambonnay (Grand Cru) in the Champagne region. It is a non-vintage (NV) cuvée built mainly from Pinot Noir with added Chardonnay, with a portion of the Pinot produced by short maceration to intensify colour and structure. Winemaking uses a significant proportion of barrel fermentation and the blend includes reserve wines, which provide vinosity and complexity. Bottled as Extra Brut, the style emphasizes finesse, saline freshness and length rather than noticeable sweetness.
