Description

The Bansionensi 2018 from Eric Taillet is a single‑vintage Blanc de Meunier from the Vallée de la Marne (Baslieux‑sous‑Châtillon), made from old‑vine Pinot Meunier. Released as an extra‑brut, it spends more than three years on the lees, developing intense citrus and exotic fruit aromas with subtle brioche nuances. On the palate it is fresh, taut and elegant, with fine bubbles and a slightly saline persistence that suits gastronomic pairing.
