Le Bois de Binson Extra Brut is a single-parcel Champagne from Éric Taillet made entirely from Pinot Meunier. It is released as an Extra Brut (listed dosage 1.5 g/L) and is aged roughly 48 months on the lees, with about nine months of élevage in oak barrels. The cuvée is presented as a Blanc de Meunier that highlights the Vallée de la Marne terroir.
