Description

Renaissance by Éric Taillet is an Extra Brut Blanc de Meunier Champagne made exclusively from very old Pinot Meunier vines in the Vallée de la Marne. This non-vintage cuvée (base 2014, with around 35% reserve wines) was aged 72 months on the lees and finished with a very low dosage (0.6 g/L), emphasizing structure and gastronomic finesse. With a limited production of about 2,000 bottles per year, it showcases the clay-rich terroir of the estate.
