Description

Essentiel Extra Brut by Erick Schreiber is an Extra Brut Champagne, non-vintage, produced in the Côte des Bar (Aube). It is a blend dominated by Pinot Noir, with Chardonnay and a small portion of Pinot Blanc, contributing freshness, tension and notable vinosity. The cuvée is composed of wines from 2019–2021 with a very low dosage, reflecting an emphasis on terroir expression.
