Description

L'Échappée Belle from Étienne Calsac is a non-vintage Blanc de Blancs cuvée offered in an Extra Brut style. It is made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from the Côte des Blancs, Côte de Sézanne and the Grande Vallée de la Marne; winemaking includes spontaneous fermentations, around 20% oak ageing and an Extra Brut dosage. The wine serves as the producer’s entry cuvée, intended to showcase freshness, minerality and a clear sense of place.
