Description

Étienne Calsac’s Les Rocheforts is a parcel cuvée from the Bisseuil terroir in the Grande Vallée de la Marne. It is a Blanc de Blancs made entirely from Chardonnay sourced from 1er cru vineyards. Vinification is split between oak barrel and stainless steel with natural fermentations, and the wine is finished at an Extra Brut dosage. The style emphasizes chalky minerality and bright freshness typical of the site.
