À Travers Celles 2020 by Etienne Sandrin is a vintage Extra Brut Champagne made from vineyards around Celles‑sur‑Ource in the Côte des Bar. The cuvée is roughly 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Blanc, sourced from parcels such as Mouille‑Brant, Vieux Moulin and Grille Besace; vinification takes place in stainless steel and the wine is released non‑dosed/Extra Brut. The wine balances the structural depth of Pinot Noir with the finesse and freshness of Pinot Blanc, showing fine bubbles and a clear sense of place.
