Description

Beauregard is Etienne Sandrin's vintage Blanc de Noirs from Celles-sur-Ource in the Côte des Bar, from vines around forty years old farmed organically and biodynamically on clay-limestone soils. It ferments with native yeasts, undergoes spontaneous malolactic and spends at least 36 months on the lees; it is unfiltered, unfined and undosed. The profile is fruity and mineral, with small red fruits.
