Description

Etienne Sandrin's Le Bruyant comes from the lieu-dit of that name on the valley floor at Celles-sur-Ource, in the Côte des Bar, on deep clays: 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Blanc, farmed organically and biodynamically. Native yeasts, at least 36 months on the lees and no dosage, fining or filtration. The Champagne is fresh and creamy, with wild strawberry and a mineral finish.
