Description

Ettore Germano’s Barolo Cerretta 2021 is a Barolo DOCG from the Cerretta single-vineyard in Serralunga d’Alba, made from 100% Nebbiolo. The wine undergoes extended maceration and is aged in medium-sized oak barrels for roughly 18–24 months, followed by bottle maturation. It shows intense garnet color with aromas of red fruit and violet, developing leather and tobacco notes, and a full-bodied palate framed by firm, well-defined tannins.
