Description
Collaviniās Oltre il Giardino Friulano 2024 comes from the hamlet of Oleis in Manzano and belongs to the Friuli Colli Orientali denomination. Grapes are harvested by hand and pressed whole before fermentation and nine months of wood maturation. The profile combines exotic fruit, anise, hay and balsamic nuances; the palate shows savoury character, structure and sustained balance. It is one of four single-variety selections in Giovanni and Luigi Collaviniās project. Vineyard selection begins with geology, seeking to represent recognisable differences within the Friulian territory.
