Description
Collavini’s Oltre il Giardino Malvasia 2024 is a Friuli Colli Orientali white made from grapes grown east of Rosazzo. It forms part of the four single-variety selections developed by Giovanni and Luigi Collavini, taking vineyard geology as a reference. The hand-harvested grapes are pressed whole, followed by fermentation and nine months of wood maturation. Its straw colour accompanies suggestions of honey, fig, pear and orange blossom. The palate is fleshy and fresh, with a mineral component and a finish that retains its fruity character.
