Carralcoba Caíño Tinto belongs to Eulogio Pomares's Parcelarios collection, dedicated to distinctive vineyards and personal interpretations of local varieties. It is a single-variety red from old Caíño vines that the winery describes as more than seventy years old. The recovery of traditional methods guides the cellar work: the wine matures in large chestnut vessels and remains in contact with its fine lees. Carralcoba expresses Pomares's interest in the winegrowing heritage of Rías Baixas, connecting the identity of an individual parcel with an indigenous grape and vessels rooted in the region's winemaking history.
