Description

The Crouzet Champagne Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut from Fallet-Gourron is a Grand Cru sparkling wine from the Côte des Blancs village of Avize. It is made entirely from Chardonnay and produced by the traditional (classic) method, presented in an Extra Brut style with fine bubbles and a dry profile. Aromas include white fruit and subtle yeasty notes, while the palate is fresh and saline, well suited to shellfish and fish dishes.
