Description

Bourg/Sud brings together La Rogerie's vineyards in southern Avize and towards Oger. Grand Cru Chardonnay is interpreted through a perpetual reserve, combining the latest harvest with wines retained from earlier seasons. François and Justine Petit-Boxler vinify their old-vine parcels separately and use wood for fermentation and maturation, with extended lees contact. The resulting blend has a vinous character rooted in a defined part of the Côte des Blancs. Diversity of both vineyard and harvest becomes part of its identity, alongside the domaine's emphasis on concentration, precision and the quality of fully ripe fruit.
