Le Pupille Syrah

Description

Le Pupille is a Toscana IGT Syrah created through the shared work of Elisabetta and her daughter Clara. Its identity takes shape through two estate vineyards and two approaches to vinification. The grapes are hand-destemmed, retaining a small proportion of whole clusters, and vinified separately in open tonneaux and handcrafted terracotta jars. Maturation continues in small French oak barrels, followed by time in bottle. The label therefore tells the story of a family project built around the meeting of different vineyard origins and winemaking vessels.
