Description

Fattoria Zerbina’s Romagna Albana Passito “Scaccomatto” (2018) is a botrytized late-harvest passito made from Albana grapes harvested in multiple passes with single-berry selection. It shows an intense golden-yellow color and aromas of candied fruit, honey, peach and subtle spice. The palate is viscous and concentrated, with a smooth texture and long finish. The wine is produced in limited quantities with careful selection of grapes.
