Description

Federico Graziani’s Rosso di Mezzo 2022 is an Etna Rosso from the Feudo di Mezzo single vineyard in Passopisciaro. It is made from Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio, Alicante and Francisi, fermented spontaneously and mainly aged in stainless steel with a contribution from a century‑old tonneau. The wine offers red-berry aromas, herbal hints and a volcanic mineral note characteristic of Etna soils. The stated aging is roughly 24 months in steel followed by bottle maturation prior to release.
