Description
Fèlsina’s Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Rancia is an expressive red made from Sangiovese grapes grown at Poggio a Rancia in Castelnuovo Berardenga. It presents a ruby red color with aromas of spice, floral notes and red fruit, accompanied by subtle mineral and toasted hints. Vinification includes extended maceration and maturation for 18–20 months in French oak barriques followed by bottle aging; on the palate it offers firm tannins, solid structure and a persistent, acidity-driven finish. The wine is built for extended cellaring due to its concentration and tannic backbone.
