Ferghettina’s Franciacorta Pas Dosé Riserva 33 2018 is a Franciacorta DOCG traditional-method sparkling wine made entirely from Chardonnay. It shows a fine, persistent mousse and a complex aromatic profile with ripe fruit and autolytic notes, reflecting extended lees ageing. Bottled as a Pas Dosé (zero dosage), the wine’s prolonged contact with lees gives it notable structure and elegance.
