Description

Fernand Engel’s Crémant d’Alsace Trilogie 2013 is a traditional-method sparkling wine from Alsace made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. The cuvée is characterised by a triple-fermentation approach and extended lees ageing, which bring structure and brioche-like notes. Aromas of almond, stone fruit and subtle mineral tones lead to a fresh, well-defined palate with lively acidity.
