This Limited Edition belongs to the Giulio Ferrari selections retained for late disgorgement. It is made from Chardonnay grown in the Lunelli family’s mountain vineyards on the slopes surrounding Trento. Bottle fermentation and prolonged contact with the lees are central to the project, which explores Trentodoc’s ability to mature slowly. Time in the cellar becomes part of the wine’s identity, combining its mountain origin with a search for depth and elegance.
